These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://bluecart.com.ng and any purchases you make. By using the Site or placing an order you accept these Terms.

3. Placing orders
• Items are offered on the Site with product pages and order forms; customers must provide accurate delivery details and contact information. Sample product forms ask for name, delivery address, phone number, email and quantity.
• We will confirm orders by email or WhatsApp. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation.
4. Prices & payment
Prices are shown on product pages and checkout. Payment options will be shown at checkout. Some items support Pay on Delivery — this is indicated on product pages.
5. Delivery & shipping
• Delivery times depend on location. Example timing shown on the Site: Lagos — same day or next day; outside Lagos — 3–7 working days. For order-specific info we may provide updates by phone/WhatsApp.
• Risk passes to you on delivery. If an item is missing or damaged, notify us immediately.
6. Returns, cancellations & refunds
• You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting customer service.
• If an item is defective or wrong, report within 3 days of delivery with photos/description for a refund or replacement. (Please confirm the exact return window and process you want to use.)
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method excluding any delivery/processing fees where applicable.
7. Warranties & disclaimers
Products are sold as stated on the product page. We do not warrant compatibility or fitness for particular purposes beyond manufacturer warranties.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueCart’s liability for any loss arising from the use of the Site or goods sold is limited to the purchase price of the goods.
